SIZING

Freedom Rings Arm Bands come in TWO SIZES to give you the most custom fit possible.  Please refer to this simple guide on measuring your wrist .  

1- Take a piece of string and WRAP it around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not to tight not to loose. 

2- MARK the spot where the end meets to determine the length.

3- MEASURE the marked length and refer to the SIZE CHART below to determine your SIZE 

   If your wrist measures  5" - 6.5"  ORDER SMALL

   If your wrist measures  7" - 10"    ORDER  LARGE
